What is Life Coaching?

Life Coaching

Life Coaching is a profession that is immensely different than counseling, therapy and consulting. The work is about achievement, performance, action, momentum, inner joy, and transformation; it is about guiding the clients toward forward-movement.

The Coach

A life coach inspires clients in pursuing their dreams and purpose. They are non-judgemental and take the client from where they are in their life. A coach's responsibility is NOT to give clients their opinions, but rather to help the client discover their answers that lie within, which is known as "self-discovery." It's all about imagining it, achieving it, dreaming it, and becoming it! The best part of the job is watching others soak into a place of stillness during "spiritual meditation."

Life Coaching involves a personal and financial commitment, just as if you were to seek a personal trainer at a nearby gym. During a coaching session, the goal for you is to develop inner-peace thus balancing the mind, body, and soul. As you commit to one of the "investment" packages, you can work on any area of your life-relationship, academic, career, spiritual, personal growth, etc.
